NLV - Non lucrative Visa
For the year 2024, minimum income requirements are set at €2,400 monthly (400% of the IPREM) for the main applicant, totalling €28,800 annually. For each additional family member, your monthly income requirement increases by €600
This condition must be maintained for the visa renewal, which will be after 2 years
it is strictly forbidden to work under these visa conditions.
Digital Nomad Visa
The digital nomad visa is suitable for anyone who can work remotely, for a non Spanish company.
Income coming from Spanish sources cannot make up more than 20% of the overall income.
For employees, the employing company must be located outside of Spain;
You must have an employment contract of at least one year with the current company, having previously collaborated for at least three months;
Your company needs to certify that you can work remotely;
Minimum salary of 25k€ per year
Present a bank statement proving the possession of at least €25,000 euros in the account for the main applicant and €9,441 euros for each additional family member.
Family reunification
This visa is suitable for those who wish to join a family member who has European citizenship or residency.
